The idea behind Coffee Chat did not begin as an event or marketing campaign.

It grew naturally from our everyday work with companies and international professionals.

Over the years, we have seen that many talented individuals struggle in the job market not because they lack ability, but because they rarely have the opportunity to step back, understand themselves more clearly, and better interpret the market.

Some have submitted countless applications without hearing back. Others are approaching graduation but are unsure which career paths truly match their academic background.
