Recently, Jiaying Zhang, CEO of ZETA Consulting, together with Sicong Ren, Overseas Business Development Manager, visited the Beijing Go Global Hub for Digital Enterprises. The two sides held in-depth discussions on the overseas human resources needs, development challenges, and localization strategies of Chinese enterprises, and reached an intent for future collaboration.

During the meeting, both sides focused on the practical challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in their global expansion. Based on the challenges presented by the Hub, the discussion explored key organizational and talent-related issues, including the shortage of cross-functional talent, challenges in cross-border management, and inefficiencies in remote collaboration.

The Hub introduced its integrated service system centered on business needs, professional support, and end-to-end services, while also sharing insights into the current trend of Chinese enterprises expanding overseas. According to the information presented during the meeting, 87.6% of surveyed companies are actively developing their overseas business.

During the exchange, Jiaying Zhang introduced ZETA Consulting’s development journey and core capabilities. Founded in Milan in 2019, ZETA now operates with dual headquarters in Milan and Beijing, focusing on supporting Chinese enterprises expanding overseas as well as international companies entering the Chinese market.

Following the discussions, the two sides identified clear directions for future collaboration.
